PROGRAM DETAILS
EM is the perfect fit for young entrepreneurs.
The Entrepreneurial Management Program (EM) goes beyond every ordinary business degree out there.
The program is an intense, holistic, and integrated formation program uniquely designed to breed young entrepreneurs and develop them into mentally sharp, socially adept, emotionally mature, physically fit, and morally grounded individuals.
Our Esteemed Business Mentors
The program’s faculty members are business owners themselves. They not only teach but guide students through mentoring.

The Curriculum
UA&P develops its students not to be mere specialists but leaders, innovators, and thinkers who can express ideas well and create better economies and societies with an all-inclusive and holistic approach through Liberal Education.
Our History
Pioneering Point
The College of Arts and Sciences offered a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with a special certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (ABH-EM)
Locating the Program
ABH-EM evolved into the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management (BS EM). Pioneers of the program, including Dr. Bernie Villegas and Mr. Fernan Lukban, who became the first Program Director of BS-EM found a strong and urgent need to make ABH-EM a genuine course for entrepreneurs hence the old curriculum was revamped and a team of dynamic educators were gathered to establish the program. “Dr. Villegas remarks on the establishment of the EM Program. “The Philippines needs more entrepreneurs. The EM Program was envisioned to address the lack of orientation of Filipinos towards entrepreneurship. If we start with our intervention early enough, they (the young adults) can be good entrepreneurs.”

EM Values
We Act with Integrity, Walk in our Students’ Shoes, and Exemplify Ethical Entrepreneurship.
We demonstrate an unwavering commitment to doing the right thing in every action we take and in every decision we make. We always tell the truth, no matter the consequences.
We are “connected” to our students. We know their challenges and frustrations. We show “business empathy” by thinking from their perspective. The better we understand them, the more effectively we can anticipate and meet their needs.
We walk the talk by guiding and mentoring our students with only the best there is to offer in entrepreneurship.
